Nam quốc sơn hà (chữ Hán: 南 國 山 河, lit. ' Mountains and Rivers of the Southern Country ' ) is a famous 10th- to 11th-century Vietnamese patriotic poem . Dubbed "Vietnam's first Declaration of Independence", [ 1 ] it asserts the sovereignty of Vietnam 's rulers over its lands.
Tản Viên Sơn Thánh was one of the 50 children who followed Lạc Long Quân to the sea, and later returned to the mainland. He sailed from Thần Phù sea gate (Nam Định) along the Red River to Long Biên citadel, but then he criticized this place for being too bustling and left for Phúc Lộc river, then settled in Tản Viên mountain.

A US$10 billion iron and steel plant was built in Vũng Áng in the 2010s (see Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation). The steel plant is part of an industrial park, which is estimated to cost more than US$20 billion.
