The College of Engineering, Thalassery (COET) is a public institute of technology located in Kerala, India. It is one of the six engineering colleges under CAPE (Co-operative Academy of Professional Education) , established by the Government of Kerala in 2000.

The college conducts a techfest called 'Takshak' and an arts and culture fest called 'Sanskriti'. The students of MACE are generally referred as MACEians.
