The Lord of Destruction expansion is part of Diablo II: Resurrected. When creating a character, there is a banner with a “][” for “Pre Expansion”, which will turn blue indicating that classic mode is enabled. This option is not available for the Druid or the Assassin, as they are part of the Lord of Destruction expansion.
