The Performing Arts Center is located in downtown Tulsa on Cincinnati Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Access to the Chapman Music Hall is on 3rd Street. Access to the Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres is on 2nd Street.
Built by the City of Tulsa and funded by the people of Tulsa, the Tulsa Performing Arts Center opened its doors in March 1977 as the City’s new municipal theatre. The first concert took place on March 19, 1977, featuring the Tulsa Philharmonic and jazz great Ella Fitzgerald.
The main ticket office is located on the south side of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center at 101 East 3rd Street, which is located at 3rd and Cincinnati. For day-of-show sales, the ticket office opens two hours before showtime. The ticket office is not open for general sales on nights or weekends.
