Chili all day long! Especially if you add about a 1/4 cup of clamato juice to the water. As someone else said the spicy miso from the gold line, but those are at least $2 a pack, for the regular old cheap ones, it's the roast chicken. It's got a much better flavor than the regular chicken. Texas Beef.
Top ramen, I mix the beef and seafood flavor. Shrimp Maruchan all the way. Although, I did mix a chili and soy sauce flavor the other night, it was so good (added egg drop soup style egg seasoned with sesame oil and a lil soy) Top ramen chicken all the way. Did Maruchan change their recipe? I used to eat a lot of Nissin cup noodles until I switched to Maruchan some years back since the Costco nearby stopped selling Nissin (or at least I couldn't find it there) any more. The fire Yakisoba may not be as hot as the 2x, but it tastes way better. In fact, a lot of ramens taste better than Buldak. Maruchan beef flavored with some scorpion Tabasco is better than anything samyang has put out. Samyang must be a moderator on here because there’s no way that they’re the best spicy instant noodle dish.
It's not a popular flavor in most regions. My guess is Maruchan switched the production lines at the factories to make more of the popular flavors like Chicken and Beef to cope with the increased demand from Covid. Older post but came across this searching for the old instant wonton and California vegetable noodles.
The noodle should be able to absorb the flavor of the soup, but not so absorbent that the noodles quickly become soggy. With noodle soups, the main ingredients should be soy sauce and chicken broth, with no MSG. The soups when dissolved should not be cloudy. Top Ramen has better quality noodles overall, but Maruchan has much better soups.
Damn it. Sorry I got msg mixed up with nitrates. Celery powder is used to cure "uncured bacon" not to boost msg and glutamate.
