    Just tried Valerian root - xanax combination for insomnia/anxiety. In my case it resulted in the worst night terrors of my life, and interrupted sleep as a result. It has been suggested that some people cannot absorb the herbal suppliment as others and may cause adverse effects such as those of which i've mentioned. Personally, I'd say use caution.
