District 69 is located in Manhattan, comprising Manhattan Valley, Morningside Heights, and portions of the Upper West Side and West Harlem. It overlaps New York's 12th and 13th Congressional districts, the 30th and 47th districts of the New York State Senate, and the 6th and 7th districts of the New York City Council.
District 75 is in Manhattan. The district includes Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, Midtown Manhattan and the Upper West Side.
