In its 17th season under head coach Andrew Kerr , the team compiled a 3–4–1 record and outscored opponents by a total of 128 to 111.
Led by fifth-year head coach Dell Morgan, the Red Raiders compiled an overall record of 3–5–2 with a mark of 1–0–1 in conference play. No Border Conference title was awarded. The team played home games at Tech Field in Lubbock, Texas .
