Phish (also known as The White Tape) is a demo album released by the American rock band Phish on cassette in 1986. Often cited as the first Phish "album", The White Tape was originally a collection of original material that the band used as a demo/sample tape for venues, and was sometimes labelled "Phish" or simply "Demo". Live Phish Vol. 13 is a live album by American rock band Phish, which was recorded live at the Glens Falls Civic Center in Glens Falls, New York on Halloween night, 1994. It was released on October 29, 2002, along with Volume 14 , Volume 15 , and Volume 16 .

"The Divided Sky" also references the rhombus, where the Lizards supposedly chant to the sky in praise of Icculus. The Roger Holloway song "Mr. Richburg's Lullaby" also references more of Anastasio's friends, including Mike Christian, Holloway ("Roger Wolfe" in the story, also immortalized in "AC/DC Bag"), and drummer Pete Cottone.
The band's summer 1998 tour saw them add songs into their repertoire that would later be included on that year's The Story of the Ghost album (including setlist staples "Roggae" and "The Moma Dance" [a], the latter of which was performed during the second set of the July 16 show) and continue the funk-influenced improvisational style that came to the forefront the previous year.
