Elena Rybakina defeated Marta Kostyuk in the final, 6–2, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Stuttgart Open. [1] It was her eighth career WTA Tour title. Iga Świątek was the two-time defending champion, [2] but lost to Rybakina in the semifinals. The loss ended Świątek's 10-match unbeaten streak at the tournament.
In the semifinals, she defeated former world No. 1 and two-time Australian Open champion, Victoria Azarenka, in straight sets, reaching the second Grand Slam final of her career.
