Grovetown High School is located in Grovetown, Georgia, United States, in Columbia County, and opened on August 10, 2009. [2] Its enrollment for the 2010-2011 school was approximately 1300 students; its most recent enrollment approached 2,100.
The last depot was an ornate structure built in 1891 at a cost of $5,041.74. It served the citizens of Grovetown until 1970, when passenger trains no longer traveled on the Augusta–Atlanta line.
