Snetterton Circuit is a motor racing course in Norfolk, England, originally opened in 1953. Owned by Jonathan Palmer 's MotorSport Vision organisation, it is situated on the A11 road 12-mile (19 km) north-east of the town of Thetford and 19-mile (31 km) south-west of the city of Norwich .
The first 2CV 24hr race was held in 1990 at Mondello Park a short distance from Dublin, and remained at the circuit until 2003 when it moved to Snetterton in Norfolk. The 2020 Citroën 2CV 24 Hour Race was held at Snetterton Circuit on 28–30 August. The 30th running of the race. It was the only 24 Hour race to take place in the UK in 2020.

Snetterton's experience in hosting a 24-hour race was proven to be beneficial when subsequently, the track became a host of some British Touring Car Championship night races from 1999, and Willhire-sponsored endurance races in 2002, 2003 and 2004, [7] but full 24-hour racing did not return until 2003, when the 2CV 24 Hour Race moved to Snetterton.

The First Lombank Trophy was a motor race, run to Formula One rules, held on 17 September 1960 at Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit, England. The race was run over 37 laps of the circuit, and was won by British driver Innes Ireland in a Lotus 18. The field included a large number of Formula Two cars.
