Gramm-Bernstein Company, also known as Gramm Motor Car Co. and Gramm Truck Co., was an automobile company in Lima, Ohio in the early 20th century. The company was an early manufacturer of power wagons and advertised 1, 2, 3, and 5 ton models with "any style of body desired". [ 1 ]

Lima (/ ˈ l aɪ m ə / LY-mə [4]) is a city in and the county seat of Allen County, Ohio, United States. [5] As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 35,579. [6] It is located in northwest Ohio along Interstate 75, approximately 72 miles (116 km) north of Dayton, 78 miles (126 km) southwest of Toledo, and 63 mi (101 km) southeast of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In North America it was known as the Lima In-Line (LL), or simply the Lima engine due to its being manufactured at Lima Engine in Lima, Ohio. It was used in many European Ford cars and was exported to the United States to be used in the Ford Pinto , a successful subcompact car of the 1970s, hence the name which is used most often for the unit.
