Call of Duty is a military first-person shooter video game series and media franchise published by Activision, starting in 2003. The games were first developed by Infinity Ward, then by Treyarch and Sledgehammer Games. Several spin-off and handheld games were made by other developers.
The Freak first appeared as a background character in Spawn #33, in which he saved the Violator from drowning. After running away, he later reappeared, apparently being attacked by a gang of thugs. Spawn rescues him and is later convinced by The Freak to help him kill Dr DeLorean and avenge the death of his family.
Violator also appears in a cameo in Mortal Kombat 11 in one of Spawn's intros, with Spawn putting his head on steel rebar, and in his arcade mode ending. Violator also appears as a cameo in Season 6 of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 as an unlockable Battle Pass skin.
Tremor supposedly made a brief cameo in the latest Spawn arc, however, the Tremor that appeared to Spawn while he was being tortured by Thamuz was instead a low-level demon under the guise of an illusion caused by Thamuz' magic. When Spawn decided to stop holding back, he easily killed Zera's avatar and easily defeated Zera by ripping out all of her organs. Though defeated, Zera swore that she would be back and she would never stop trying to kill Spawn. Spawn decapitated her and brought the head in front of God himself, to whom she apologized for her failure.
