Japan Airlines Flight 123 – Flight 123 was flying over Japan when part of its vertical stabilizer detached, causing some hydraulic loss which led to losing control. Flight crews tried to recover the plane and head back to Tokyo, but it was too late. The Boeing 747 then crashed into Mount Takamagahara, Japan. Only 4 people survived.
