Caesar Creek State Park is a public recreation area located in southwestern Ohio, five miles (8 km) east of Waynesville, in Warren, Clinton, and Greene counties. In 1950, Cowan Creek was dammed, creating Cowan Lake which now has a surface area of 692 acres (2.80 km 2), [6] averaging 35 feet deep. [7] In addition to sailing, activities on the lake include fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming.
