Leningradskaya station (Russian: Ленинградская) was a Russian (formerly Soviet) Antarctic research station, located in the northern shore of Victoria Land, at the Oates Coast. [2] It was opened on February 25, 1971 by the members of the 15th Soviet Antarctic Expedition .

The station was constructed between 1844 and 1851 to an eclectic design by Konstantin Thon as the terminus of the Moscow-Saint Petersburg Railway, a pet project of Emperor Nicholas I. Regular connection was opened in 1851. Initially it was known as Peterburgsky (i.e., St Petersburg station).
Petrovsko-Razumovskaya is a railway station on the Leningradskaya line of Oktyabrskaya Railway and prospective Line D3 of the Moscow Central Diameters in Moscow. In 2018 old Leningradskaya station was closed because of moving of the platform to the west towards Streshnevo station of the Moscow Central Circle. The new station was open on 1 October 2018, and on 12 June 2019 the interchange between Streshnevo and Leningradskaya (later renamed Streshnevo) started operation. [4] [5]
