Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is a hospital network in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It operates the Scarborough General , Centenary , and Birchmount hospitals. The three are major community health hospitals with teaching affiliations to the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine .
It is located in the Port Union neighbourhood of the former suburb of Scarborough. Now part of the Toronto District School Board, the school was opened in 1969 by the Scarborough Board of Education. The school is named after Oliver Mowat, the Premier of Ontario from 1872 to 1896. Its motto is De Monte Alto ("From a mount high").

Scarborough Village is a neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located in the larger namesake Scarborough district. It was one of the earliest settlements in the former township of Scarborough with the distinction of being the site of the township's first post office .
