I can't share images on here, but every time I click to uninstall mcafee security scan plus via the control panel, a popup comes up that tries to offer me an "exclusive offer", but the window is too small for me to access any of the buttons and I'm completely unable to resize it, so I can't uninstall it. REvo did not help, it brings up the mcafee uninstaller which is blank, the I click advanced it says it deletes registry keys reboot and the livesafe tries to run again. Frustrated. In my opinion, macafee is not needed. Windows defender is really good but I recommend looking for another anti-virus to use with windows defender. No, get rid of it as MS has pretty good AV built-in software. i would reformat everything and maybe, just maybe install windows 10 or linux! I have McAfee on my laptop.
