The reality of the situation is that there is 10 questions and a large number of country/city/site combinations that do not all have data. So creating a table filled with countifs does not seem like the best solution, but if it's the only way I'll go with it.

I have a massive Likert table and I used SumProduct to get a nice summary - X answered "1", Y answered "2", and so on. I know you shouldn't use statistical formulas on Likert Data. That is a battle I have lost many times over.

anyway, i can format the Y axis and have to option to make that a Logarithmic Scale. However, the X axis format/scale options only reads as below: Category (X) axis scale.
