The Greenpoint (originally 10 Huron and also known as 21 India Street) is a two-building residential complex under development in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The two buildings are a 400 feet (120 m) tower with condos and a block-long five-story building with rentals. [2] It will be located next to a ferry stop. [3]

The Astral Apartments is an apartment building located at 184 Franklin Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, New York City. The Astral was built in 1885–1886 as affordable housing for employees of Charles Pratt's Astral Oil Works. It is a block-long brick and terra cotta building in the Queen Anne style. [2]

The monument was commissioned at a cost of $7,300 by the Greenpoint Memorial Association. The Monitor and the Merrimac is a sculpture by Antonio de Filippo, which commemorates the Battle of the Monitor and Merrimack. The USS Monitor was built nearby at the Continental Iron Works in Greenpoint and outfitted at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
