Gainbridge Fieldhouse is an indoor arena located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It opened in November 1999 to replace Market Square Arena . The arena is the home of the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Indiana Fever of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).
Some of the above venues have hosted some of the largest crowds in history for indoor sports. The Caesars Superdome, for example, regularly seats more than 70,000 for basketball games (NCAA and NBA). The criteria for a league being included in this list are that the league has at least 10 teams and that each team has a home arena with seating capacity of 2,000 or more. Developmental leagues, for example the NBA G League, are not included. Of the 13 leagues, 12 are men's leagues and one is a women's league (the WNBA).
