Hi Microsoft Team, I've been searching hours and hours on Microsoft websites and many internet Search Engines, for a list of compatible hardware with Windows Hello, specifically for Webcams in regards to Face Authentication. Unfortunately all my trials were unsuccessful so far.

After some of my laptop devices automatically updated to 24H2, some users have problems login in using regular methods ( fingerprint, pin, face recognition ) basically all that are managed by Windows Hello. If on the same laptop they try to connect with "Other user" option, inserting email and password, the login is successful.

We configured Windows Hello for Business hybrid key trust; devices are joined on-premises. On my test laptop everything worked fine. But with the first test user, something strange appeared which I never saw before. If the user logs in with username/password, the user gets the Windows Hello screen because it's added in Intune in the test group.
