The 2021 Tour of the Basque Country was a road cycling stage race that took place between 5 and 10 April 2021 in the titular region in northern Spain. It was the 60th edition of the Tour of the Basque Country and the 13th race of the 2021 UCI World Tour.
As the Tour of the Basque Country was a UCI World Tour event, all eighteen UCI WorldTeams were invited automatically and were obliged to enter a team in the race. Two UCI Professional Continental teams – Cofidis and Caja Rural–Seguros RGA – were awarded wildcard places, bringing the number of teams to twenty. [5]
