Yakkala is a village located between Nittambuwa and Kadawatha on the A1 Highway (Colombo-Kandy Road). It forms part of Gampaha Municipal Council and located in the Gampaha District, Western Province. It is located 30 km (19 mi) north-east from Colombo, 4.5 km (3 mi) east of Gampaha and 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Radawana.

The 2003 Bank Alfalah Cup was a triangular ODI cricket competition held in Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla from 10 to 23 May 2003. [1] It featured the national cricket teams of New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The Pakistan national cricket team toured Sri Lanka in 2000 to play a three-match Test series against Sri Lanka and the 2000 Singer Triangular Series, which also included South Africa. Pakistan won the Test series against Sri Lanka 2–0 with one match drawn.
