Opened in 1986, the building was developed by Zions Securities Corporation , a for-profit entity owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church).
In 2012, City Center Station became part of the core of the City Creek Center, one of the largest mixed-use, transit-oriented developments in Salt Lake City. Spanning three blocks between South Temple and 100 South, it transformed 23 acres (9 ha) of downtown real estate into a mixed-use complex with 700 residential units and 750,000 sq ft (69,677 m 2) of retail.
America First Event Center is a 5,300-seat multi-purpose arena in Cedar City, Utah. It was built in 1985. It is home to the Southern Utah University Thunderbirds basketball, volleyball and gymnastics teams. The America First Event Center is also the centerpiece venue for the Utah Summer Games. [1]

Dee Events Center is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the western United States, located on the campus of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. The circular, 11,592-seat domed arena, similar in design to many of the era, opened 47 years ago in 1977. It was named for the Lawrence T. Dee family, for his extensive contributions in building the arena.
