NSU started producing the Quick 50 in Neckarsulm, Germany in 1962. 9,323 Quick 50 motorcycles were built before NSU stopped manufacturing motorcycles in 1965. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Having produced bikes and automobiles since 1873, NSU was purchased by Volkswagen and was merged with Auto Union in 1969 to create Audi .
The Honda Super Cub (or Honda Cub) is a Honda underbone motorcycle with a four-stroke single-cylinder engine ranging in displacement from 49 to 124 cc (3.0 to 7.6 cu in).. In continuous manufacture since 1958 with production surpassing 60 million in 2008, 87 million in 2014, and 100 million in 2017, [2] the Super Cub is the most produced motor vehicle * in history. [3]
The engine being slightly under 50cc, it was legal in some states to operate this diminutive motorcycle without a drivers licence thereby making the QT50 appealing to teenagers. [1] The QT50 motorcycle resembles contemporary Mopeds and shares some features with Scooters. The QT50 and the Honda Express are similar in appearance.

The Yamaha YSR50 is a miniature motorcycle that was produced and sold by Yamaha during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The bike featured an air-cooled 50 cc (3.1 cu in) two-stroke engine. The engine was sometimes swapped out for a larger variety. [1] Its first production year was 1986, and it was last made in 1992.
Despite being under 50cc the contemporary UK classifications designated it as a motorcycle, rather than a moped, which would have required the fitting of pedal drive. It had a small 6V (six volt) battery fitted and an ignition switch to provide easy starting and for constant and even power to the lights and horn.
