The States Ballroom is a historic community building in Bee, Nebraska. Originally built as a dance hall, the building opened in 1939 as a Works Progress Administration project. Bee architect Vladimir Sobotka designed the twelve-sided building, which incorporates Moderne features.

The Howard Hanson House is a historic house in Wahoo, Nebraska. It was built in 1888, and designed in the Queen Anne style. [2] It was the childhood home of Howard Hanson, who served as the director of the University of Rochester's Eastman School of Music for four decades. [2] Hanson's parents owned the house from 1891 to 1943. [2]
