The restored Out 1 was screened in London, England over two days at the Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Place on 28 and 29 November 2015. The screening was presented by the Badlands Collective and A Nos Amours.
In 2018, on 17 September, the 4K restoration was released in Europe by StudioCanal on Region 2 DVD and Blu-ray. In 2019, on 28 May, the 4K restoration of the film was released in the United States by Kino Lorber on Region 1 DVD and Blu-Ray.
