    Good comments. Would add that there can be no such thing as a vegetarian crab cake. You can perhaps call it a "mock crab cake" if you want to be cute, but by definition a crab cake has to contain crab, sorry. Indeed, would have to wonder why a vegetarian would want something called a "crab cake," even if it is made with mushrooms.
