Telophase (from Ancient Greek τέλος 'end, result, completion' and φάσις (phásis) 'appearance') is the final stage in both meiosis and mitosis in a eukaryotic cell. During telophase, the effects of prophase and prometaphase (the nucleolus and nuclear membrane disintegrating) are reversed
The eukaryotic cell cycle consists of four distinct phases: G 1 phase, S phase (synthesis), G 2 phase (collectively known as interphase) and M phase (mitosis and cytokinesis). M phase is itself composed of two tightly coupled processes: mitosis, in which the cell's nucleus divides, and cytokinesis, in which the cell's cytoplasm and cell membrane divides forming two daughter cells.
Chk1/2 phosphorylate cdc25 which, in addition to being inhibited, is also sequestered in the cytoplasm by the 14-3-3 proteins. 14-3-3 are upregulated by p53, which, as previously mentioned, is activated by Chk1 and ATM/ATR. p53 also transactivates p21, and both p21 and the 14-3-3 in turn inhibit cyclin B-cdc2 complexes through the ...

Four phases of mitosis: prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase: Prophase: Chromatin into chromosomes, the nuclear envelope breaks down, chromosomes attach to spindle fibers by their centromeres. Metaphase: Chromosomes line up along the metaphase plate (center of the cell). Anaphase: Sister chromatids are pulled to opposite poles of the cell.
What happens in the mid-credits scene in ‘Moana 2’? To understand the scene, you have to know what happens in "Moana 2." In the movie, Moana (Auliʻi Cravalho) and the demi-god Maui (Dwyane ...
Fig.1. Cell cycle showing the formation of the actomyosin ring during telophase or early cytokinesis stage. In molecular biology, an actomyosin ring or contractile ring, is a prominent structure during cytokinesis. [1]
