As of the 2020 United States census , the township's population was 14,294, [ 8 ] [ 9 ] an increase of 635 (+4.6%) from the 2010 census count of 13,659, [ 18 ] [ 19 ] which in turn reflected an increase of 504 (+3.8%) from the 13,155 counted in the 2000 census .
