I have swim workouts 3x a week, late. Spend 5-10 mins in the hot tub after practice. Usually I get home at 10:30 and bed is 11:00
I have a friend that can only work out right before bed. She does the P90X workouts right after she gets her kids to sleep. She's been given advise about not working out late at night and eating right after her work out. A lot of the information that she's been given seems like body building/weight lifting information.

hi, im going to buy new protein in next days. i want to lose some weight. so my question is: which of these two variants is better. 1. to buy whey protein for using after workout and casein protein for using before bed. 2. just buy whey protein and use it twice a day.

So I workout at night, and only at night because its the only free time I have. I workout for a hour and a half. A hour for my workout and the 30min is for Cardio right after I workout. Then after I workout I drink my protein and eat a banana, then I go to bed. Is there anything wrong with that? Please correct me if I'm wrong...it will help a lot.

Hi, I work fulltime, and go to school full time (summer classes), and I currently only work out on fri, sat, sun. I am about to start a M1T cycle and I need to fit in some more days here. I can get to the gym at about 9 pm. I go to bed at 11 pm. I would be done working out @ 930-945.
