Alexandra Hospital (AH) is a district general hospital located in Queenstown, Singapore that provides acute and community care under the National University Health System. The hospital's colonial-style buildings were constructed in the late 1930s on 110,000 square metres (1,200,000 sq ft) of land.

After World War II and into the 1970s, the Alexandra Hospital remained one of the most modern in Singapore, and it is now a part of the National University of Singapore Medical School.
The facility was founded in 1981, [2] and has treated a number of notable patients, including Russell Watson, [3] Fabrice Muamba, [4] and Alex Ferguson. [5] Matt Busby died in the hospital in 1994. [ 6 ]

The P.A. Hospital Foundation is located at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. The foundation raises money for medical research on the P.A. Hospital campus. In April 2008, the Diamantina Institute for Cancer, Immunology and Metabolic Medicine was opened at the hospital. [10]
