Victorian Plumbing is a British eCommerce company listed on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). [2] The company specialises in bathroom related products. It also completed the largest ever IPO on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market.
In 1844, the Committee for Promoting the Establishment of Baths and Wash-Houses for the Labouring Classes was formed with the Bishop of London as president. [8] The Bishop petitioned for a bill for the regulation of public baths and in 1846 Sir George Gray introduced the bill which became the Public Baths and Wash-houses Act 1846.
Thomas Twyford and his son Thomas William Twyford established what is now known as Twyford Bathrooms in 1849 in Bath Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. The worldwide demands for new sanitaryware soon required the building of an all new factory in 1887 at Cliffe Vale, Stoke-on-Trent. This was the first purpose built bathrooms factory in the world.

He founded Thomas Crapper & Co in London, a plumbing equipment company.
