This was an exercise for hamstrings, right after lying leg curls. Now, I followed the workout from the magazine, but when I did the dumbbell RDLs, I felt it a LOT more in my lower back then I did in my hamstrings.

    It says there is no need for a PCT because of the estrogen blockers already contained in the product. I find this hard to beleive if they are talking about 10-15lbs of muscle mass. I'm assuming this IS a prohormone/Anabolic and would assume you DO need a PCT.
