The 2nd Battalion, 2nd Field Artillery Regiment ("2-2 FAR”) is the United States Army’s Direct Support field artillery battalion; assigned to the 428th Field Artillery Brigade and stationed at Fort Sill, OK.
The 14th Field Artillery was first constituted on 1 July 1916 in the Regular Army, and organized on 1 June 1917 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma during World War I.It was inactivated there on 1 September 1921 as the Regular Army was reduced in strength postwar.
