The Buxton Inn, located in Granville, Ohio, is one of Ohio's oldest inns. [1] It was built in 1812 by Orrin Granger, and has operated as a tavern and inn almost continuously since then. [ 1 ] The Buxton Inn currently has 25 lodging rooms that are spread across the five houses that make up the inn. [ 2 ]

Modern Danville had its start in 1923 by the merging of two neighboring villages called Buckeye City and Rosstown (Rossville). [5] [6] The original Danville was laid out by George Sapp, Sr. and Robert Waddell in 1813 and was named for Daniel Sapp, a soldier in the War of 1812. [5]

Glencoe–Auburn Hotel and Glencoe–Auburn Place Row Houses was a registered historic district in Cincinnati, Ohio, listed in the National Register of Historic Places on December 10, 2003.
