Replied on August 25, 2020. To convert a PDF to another other format, including Word, you need to use a tool/feature called OCR. . Word 365 has OCR built in to it. In theory, you can open a PDF and it will be "OCR'd". But in practice, it requires a specific PDF file format to work. So, give it a try, it may work.
Saying support is only for crash or not working is just wrong. If repair does not work, then try uninstall from control panel. If that doesn't work, try uninstall using the fix it (in the link). Hi, I'm using word 2007, and I seem to be missing the save as pdf option. I've looked for the relevant add on, but the only relevant link I could find doesn't work. Does anyone know of a solution.
In short, Office 2013 Word and standalone Skype for Business 2016 causes the pdf converter to fail. These 2 products do not play nicely with one another. I tried all the possible ways to get this feature working. After reading Skype for business.. i tried to uninstall Skype from the machine and its working great now.
