English: These Regulations replace the Beef and Veal Labelling (Scotland) Regulations 2008. The changes are that they enforce Articles 5a, 5b and 5c of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1825-2000 (regulation 4(1)(b)) and provide rules for the provision of information for un-prepacked meat of bovine animals aged 12 months or less at the point of sale (regulation 4(2)).
