I signed into the HP Assistant tool and was checking the warranty and it shows "pending". I tried to check it online on the web page but, there the page does not load! Neither on the German website nor on the US one. I even added my laptop to my profile in HP Asisstant (trying to do this online was also met with a page that does not load).
