LNK was founded in Lapės after the reorganization of "LitPoliinter TV." On 1 April 1995, the Lithuanian Agricultural Bank became its main shareholder, with other shareholders including "Vilniaus Vingis," "Griaustinio Aidas," and the Lithuanian Workers' Union. The channel was officially launched throughout Lithuania on 5 May 1995.

Lietuvos ryto TV is a Lithuanian entertainment channel founded on 12 October 2008. [1] In 2022, all programs started to be broadcasting in the Lithuanian language , considering the fact that half of the Russian programs that were shown were only with subtitles or the other was dubbed.
In the same year, Baltijos Televizija, founded by the company, started broadcasting. This channel in 1994-1995 shared the same UHF channel (38) as TV Polonia. It was also rebroadcast on TELE-3.
