As of the 2020 United States census , the city's population was 32,655, [ 11 ] [ 12 ] an increase of 2,168 (+7.1%) from the 2010 census count of 30,487, [ 21 ] [ 22 ] which in turn reflected an increase of 701 (+2.4%) from the 29,786 counted in the 2000 census .
