2023-05-03 01:22 PM. Hi there. Issue has been solved ! I had to log in to the arlo web portal and modify the 2FA verification method. The 2FA was selected on my previous phone model and not my email. I selected the email and then i could log in with the app and confirm my new phone as a secure device.
