Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank was established on 20 May 1997 as a Public Joint Stock Company through the Amiri Decree No. 9 of 1997. The Bank commenced commercial operations on 11 November 1998, and was formally inaugurated by Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Information and Culture on 18 April 1999.

ADCB (Arabic: بنك أبوظبي التجاري; formerly Al Karama) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line [1] of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving the Al Karama district. [2][3] The station is named after the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 30 April 2010 and was renamed on 15 September 2014. [4]
