Hinamatsuri (ヒナまつり) [a] is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masao Ohtake . It was serialized in Enterbrain's magazine Harta, formerly known as Fellows!, from June 2010 to July 2020. Its chapters were collected in 19 tankōbon volumes. The series is licensed by One Peace Books.
The plot follows the adventures of impoverished private detective Ranma Hinamatsuri and his thrill-seeking rich girl partner Rella "Cindy" Shirayuki in a futuristic city named "Kirin Town". Kirin Town is a lawless European city-state with its own currency with the name of the city being a pun on the English word for "killing".

Takako Tanaka (田中 貴子, Tanaka Takako, born October 5, 1994) is a Japanese voice actress from Fukui Prefecture who is affiliated with Mausu Promotion. [1] She made her voice acting debut in 2017, [2] and in 2018 played her first main role as Hina Nitta in the anime television series Hinamatsuri.
