Finland defeated Czechia, 3–2 in a shootout, to win the bronze medal. China and Denmark were relegated to Division I – Group A for 2025.
The Group A tournament was played in Klagenfurt, Austria from 21 to 27 April 2024, while Group B was held in Riga, Latvia, from 31 March to 6 April 2024. [2] Group A would have returned to Shenzhen, China had the Chinese team not been promoted. [3] Hungary and Norway were promoted from Group A to the top division and South Korea was relegated. [4]
