John Bryan State Park, in Greene County, Ohio, is a state park, of 752-acre (304 ha). It surrounds Clifton Gorge, a deep cut of the Little Miami River, between Yellow Springs and Clifton. The park contains a campground, and hiking and biking trails. [2] The park also abuts the Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve and Glen Helen Nature Preserve.

It is owned and administered by the State Division of Natural Areas and Preserves and comprises 2,019 acres (817 ha). The nature preserve is centered at Lake Katharine, an artificial lake.

The Blackhand Gorge State Nature Preserve is a 4-mile-long (6.4 km) sandstone formation through which the Licking River flows in Licking County, Ohio, United States. Located 12 miles (19 km) east of Newark near the tiny town of Toboso , 957 acres (387 ha) along the gorge were designated an Ohio Nature Preserve in 1975.
TWC's 10 miles of trails go through forest, prairie and along streams and creeks and past ponds and Wilderness Lake. TWC also maintains hiking trails on its Zoar Woods satellite property in northeast Tuscarawas County, Ohio. TWC owns or holds conservation easements on other tracts of land throughout a six-county area.
