Perfecto "Perf" de Castro (born August 15, 1974) is a Filipino musician currently based in Los Angeles, California [2] best known for having been a celebrated fixture in the Philippine alternative rock scene during the 1990s.

A member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 2001 [2] (his induction speech was given by longtime fan Keith Richards), Burton has also been recognized by the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum.
