Court Services. The Clerk of the Circuit Court serves as the ministerial arm of the courts. The Clerk acts as custodian of the courts' records and performs such duties as are enjoined by statute or imposed by the lawful authority of the court.
Our office holds a fiduciary responsibility for the courts. We collect and disburse fines, court costs, forfeitures, fees and service charges. We record payments, track financial obligations to the courts, work with customers on payment options, and ensure court compliance.
